This service, provided by Value Payment Systems (VPS), allows you to pay Indiana DOR tax liabilities (alcohol excise taxes, cigarette taxes, and OTP taxes only) online. Each payment is processed immediately, and the date is equal to the time you complete the transaction. All payments made by 11:59 pm EST will have a payment date of today.
NOTE: On July 8, 2022, VPS will stop accepting payments for alcohol excise taxes, cigarette taxes, and OTP tax obligations as this service transitions to INTIME, DOR’s new e-services portal at intime.dor.in.gov.
Beginning July 18, 2022, INTIME will offer the ability to manage all tax accounts in one convenient location, 24/7. This includes making payments, setting up payment plans, viewing refund amounts, and secure messaging with DOR customer service.
